While watching the Ironman World Championships I am reminded of the true fuel of this pursuit of triathlon and fitness. Whether you know it or believe it, you have a story to tell. It does not require the completion of a 140.6 mile event to create your epic tale. It requires a daily commitment to make choices that leave your path a little better than you found it. It requires an investment of all your resources into something or someone that will be here after you’re gone. It requires real relationships that provide a foundation from which you build your beacons of hope. When your daily commitment, your resources, and your relationships are set ablaze with unwavering purpose, you cannot be stopped. Your story will be second to none, and it should be told.
