Coach Chris Arnold is based out of Louisville, Kentucky and is a USAT certified coach. As a coach, Chris strives to work together with athletes with all types of experiences and goals. A prior collegiate cross country athlete, he continues to set and pursue big dreams for himself and his clients. He believes that when it comes to choosing a coach, the relationship is key! He is excited to partner with athletes, to build relationships together, and to work towards a common goal together.

After completing collegiate cross country, Chris competed in half marathons for several years before jumping into the world of triathlons after being dared by his friends to sign up for an Ironman. Chris continues to pursue his goals by competing in long-distance triathlons. This past year, he achieved one of his dreams by qualifying and competing in the Half Ironman World Championships. Chris has competed in numerous triathlons including: Storm the Fort (multiple 2nd and 3rd place overall finishes), American Triple T (3rd in age group 2019), Ironman Louisville (11th amateur overall 2018, 3rd off the bike 2019), Ironman Los Cabos, 70.3 Ironman Eagleman (5th in age group 2018), 70.3 Ironman Muncie, 70.3 Ironman Steelhead, and the 70.3 Ironman World Championships 2019. He continues to work on reaching his goals at the full Ironman distance.

Chris loves spending time with his family, coaching his athletes, and competing in triathlons. He is married to his wife Lindsay. They have a seven-year-old daughter, Maria, and two Weimaraners, Mason and Scout.
