Keri graduated from Duke University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She began racing bicycles in graduate school after an injury from running throughout high school and college. This quickly morphed into triathlon which has been a staple in Keri’s life for the last 20+ years. With Keri’s extensive understanding and appreciation of the human body, she is able to incorporate individual bodywork and weight training to complement training and peak performance.

Keri works as a full time Physical Therapist along with being a wife and mom. She understands first hand the demands of life (family/work/school/friends) and works to integrate training into life so both are successful. Keri is passionate that training should improve all aspects of life, not just race day performance.

Keri is a competitive age group triathlete. She competed in over 30 half Ironmans including multiple 70.3 World Championship races. She qualified and competed in Kona at the World Championship in 2016. Along with triathlon, Keri competes in long distance gravel races, road cycling, and mountain biking.

When Keri is not training she is enjoying time with her husband, teenage girls and dog in northern Michigan.
